These documents are designed for use by founders of:
- a private members' club to be set up in the legal form of an unincorporated association. A “private members’ club” means a club that is a non-profit organisation whose ownership and assets rest with the general membership.
- a Community Amateur Sports Club (“CASC”) to be set up in the legal form of an unincorporated association where the arrangements meets the various legal requirements for a CASC. A CASC is a sports club which is not a charity but is registered with HMRC as a CASC.
