This Bribery Act Documents subfolder contains the policies and forms to assist companies in their compliance with the Bribery Act 2010.

Employers can download the Anti-Bribery Policy which sets out the conduct expected from employees and contractors under the Bribery Act. This can be used in conjunction with the Corporate Ethics Policy to help companies cultivate a strong anti-corruption culture. The Hospitality and Gifts Policy has been created to help employees understand the actual or potential conflicts of interest when accepting certain gifts or hospitality. This works in combination with the Hospitality and Gifts Register, which records any gifts given or received.
