Form N119 - Particulars of Claim for Possession
Form N119 is the court form which should accompany Form N5 when a landlord brings a claim for possession against a residential tenant under the standard possession procedure.
What is Form N119?
Form N119 sets out the Particulars of claim, detailing the legal basis on which the landlord is seeking a court order for possession of a residential property let on an assured shorthold tenancy.

When Can I Use This Form?
You must use this form together with Form N5 which can be found here: Court Form for Standard Possession Procedure when issuing a standard possession claim.
Once you have opened the template form on the Government website, you should save a copy and then you complete that copy.
Where to Send The Claim
The completed Forms N5 and N119 need to be sent to the County Court in the area where the property is located. See the template Letter Enclosing N5 & N119.
