Register of Directors’ Interests (internal use only)
Given the regime in relation to statutory registers has changed significantly as of 18th November 2025, many companies may, as a matter of good practice, still wish to keep internal records of information. The register of directors' interests was a statutory requirement only under the Companies Act 1985.
This Register of Directors’ Interests template is set out in the form of a table that may be kept by a company secretary or administrator to outline the nature of interests that each director holds, including relevant dates. Maintaining this type of record internally makes it easier for companies to monitor interests that may potentially give rise to future conflicts.
