Employment Offer Letters

An employment offer letter is a formal written document from an employer to a prospective employee that confirms the offer of a job. It sets out the basic terms and conditions of the proposed employment and provides key information about the role.  

As it is the starting point in the contractual relationship between employer and employee it is essential that the employment offer letter accurately reflects the terms of the contract of employment.
